Notes on layout
The courtyard bedrooms are accessed from the central patio, so the main house is opposite.
Bedroom 6 suits kids; parents can stay in the bedroom next door, number 5. This kid's room uses the bathroom in bedroom 5.
Bedroom 8 is twin-bedded but can be double-bedded per the previous request.
Although there are eight bedrooms, the maximum capacity accepted is 12 people. This ratio for bedrooms and capacity means this property presents many sleeping arrangements.

This hilltop location with 8 acres of land has dominating, picture-book views in every direction.
There is a great deal of traditional, rural charm at this villa, but with all the comforts of modern living, it is just the kind of luxury affair our team at Rustical Travel is happy to find.
Quite simply, it is the kind of place we would choose for our own holidays.
Built around a beautiful courtyard with a bespoke mosaic water fountain, every space here feels vibrant. Harmoniously decorated, it is smart, stylish and unconventional, all at the same time.
But there is more to this villa than first meets the eye. We found plenty of highlights and details, which made us fall in love with it during our first visit in October 2024.
It's definitely a hard-to-fault villa with little room for improvement.
The long, 13 metre heatable pool with an electric cover is one of the main attractions. Thoughtfully built for fitness laps or simply cooling off, it can also be used beyond the hottest months. We are unsure if the system works well when very cold but we were informed the system is actually effective. This pool heating system comes at an additional cost, but definitely worth booking if you are travelling during off-season.
Outdoor living has top facilities and guests will be happy to find several different spots and corners throughout for relaxing. The large dining area for al fresco meals is brilliant and conveniently located close to the kitchen.
The Master bedroom on the 1st floor is a spectacular room, flooded with light and with extraordinary views. It even has access to its own private terrace. The rest of the bedrooms are all on the ground floor, three of which have direct access to the terraces and gardens, while the other two have access from the courtyard.
Exploring the outdoor courts and yards is an experience in itself. The Zen garden reminds you that it is far more than just a villa: it is an idyllic retreat and a place that stops time. The Zen garden is a special spot for meditating, reading, and some quiet. It also has a covered yoga room with a day bed - we can´t think of a better place to rest and unwind.
Although you may not want to leave this gorgeous villa during your stay, there are still plenty of things to do. Find pretty little villages nearby with some good restaurants for meals out.
For Mediterranean beaches, sandy Sabinillas Beach is only 40 minutes away. A bit further out will take you to extraordinary Atlantic beaches, some considered a Mecca for surfers. While the famous, historical town of Ronda is one hour away but well worth a day visit.

In own private grounds. Access by 1.7 km rural track, halfway between San Pablo de Buceite and Gaucin villages. The well maintained estate track leads to an electric gate, then a short steep driveway brings you to the property.

Beautiful house, and lovely pool and gardens. Lack of air con in 2 of the bedrooms in the main house became a problem with the exceptionally high temperatures in august and 3 children. The staff as we have already commented were polite but did nowhere near their hours. It was fine for us but maybe the owners would like to get their monies worth, the cleanliness of inside the house was not always on point. We also had a barbecue fire due to the fat collection tray not having been empty probably for months. Very scary. But on the whole we enjoyed the house hugely."
