Notes on distribution
The pool area and Casita Cottage (one bedroom) is separated from the main house, this is about 80 metres away and on a lower level; it takes a couple of minutes walk down and a little further on the way back to the main house.
Bedroom 2 in main house is twin bedded but it can be made as a double on previous request.
The stairs from the ground floor to the first floor are unprotected on one side, so families with small children should be aware of this.

Every nook and cranny have been lovingly created and decorated with stylish and colourful touches, filling you with a sensation of richness, beauty and comfort.
This home comprises of a main house (three bedrooms) and a separate pool casita cottage (one bedroom) on a lower level of the estate.
On the ground floor of the main house you will be delighted by the cheerfully decorated open plan kitchen/diner, both well-equipped and attractive, which opens out on to a Moorish terraced dining area; an excellent spot for outdoor meals together.
The wonderful living room, with its exquisite colourful furnishings, and french doors opening out onto terraces, has a good sound system and is a perfect place to enjoy listening to music or reading a book.
On this floor you will be entranced by the magnificent master bedroom which has a splendid en-suite bathroom and spills out onto the lovely gardens.
There is an elegant open staircase leading you to the first floor; be careful here, with small children!
Upstairs the other two bedrooms have en-suites and have doors which open out onto either a terrace or a balcony, all with extraordinary views.
Outside you are spoilt for choice with a variety of spaces, comprising of pretty gardens, terraces and of course the lovely pool area with its charming pool house.
This pool area is on a lower level and can be reached from the main house by pretty but rather steep, stone and wood steps, about two minutes' walk; or a gentler descent, via the private lane.
The Pool Casita Cottage provides you not only with extra sleeping accommodation, but we think you will fall under a spell with its Moorish and whimsical adornments; not to mention the proximity to the generous sized pool.
You can tumble out of bed and wake yourself up with a morning swim, followed by a coffee on one of the delightful terraces.
The Pool Casita is only closed off season when two people may book at the small party reduced rate.
This lovely villa is less than 2 kms away from the vibrant village of Gaucin, what it may be a little far to consider this as walking distance, although it would be a perfect opportunity to stretch your legs and do your daily “steps”. The drive to this lovely village and the plentiful facilities is only a matter of 3 minutes.
Gaucin is a highly desirable holiday location. The historic town of Ronda, set on a dramatic gorge, is 45 minutes away, through a road with some stunning mountain scenery, this is one of Andalucia´s highlights.
In Gaucin there are restaurants to suit different budgets, with some outstanding ones. You are only 30 minutes away from the beach and the Ronda mountains are a lovely area for walking.
This is a truly wonderful authentic holiday home to relax and get away from it all!

In the early folds of the Ronda mountains, overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
Accessed by rural track of approx. 100 metres from the main road that goes to Gaucín. This property is approx. 1.5 kms away from Gaucin village and about 25 minutes walk.
