Notes on facilities
The solar pool heating system is normally not needed in Summer but very useful in Spring and Autumn when temperatures may be lower at night time. An electric cover helps keeping the pool water warm during the night and may also be a child safety measure.
The following is a general guidance on what water temperatures you may normally be able to expect with this pool heating system:
April: 22-25 °C or higher after long periods of sunshine; May: 24-28 °C or higher after long periods of sunshine; June: 26-30 °C; July and August: not needed, the solar energy is used for air conditioning;September -24-28 °C or higher after long periods of sunshine; October 22-24 °C or higher after long periods of sunshine.
During the months of April- June and Sep- October the electric pool cover will need to be closed each night in order to maintain the heat in the pool.
The pool area can be gated for safety from the terrace above.
Extras
Additional services like: pre stocking, baby sitting, yoga, massages, cooks may be possible to be arranged in advance and subject to availability. The costs for these additional services are payable directly to the service provider.

Upper level
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): double bedded room with en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi and walk-in shower), walk-in wardrobe and private terrace; Bedroom 2: double bedded room (can be made as a twin bedded) with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower) and private terrace.
Ground level
Bedroom 3: double bedded (can be made as a twin bedded) with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower) and terrace; kitchen / dining / living area.
Lower level
Bedroom 4: double bedded room with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower) and sofa bed.
Exteriors
There are terraces on different levels and the ppol area is on the lowest level.
Notes on sleeping arrangements
The sofa bed in bedroom 4 increases the capcity of this 4 bedroom property up to 10 guests.
Bedroom 2 and 3 can made as twin bedded (instead of doubles) if requested in advance.
Bedroom 4 on the lower level is accessed from terrace, so this room is more independent than the others.

This house has recently been lovingly restored and decorated with impeccable taste and high-tech items. From the Italian tiling to the Bali bed by the pool we think you will love this smart and minimalist but cosy holiday home.
It really is a house to fall in love with, and with its bright and spacious interior you will enjoy views from every part of the house.
Not only will you feel serene in this graceful and simple space, but you also benefit from a super-efficient solar system which not only heats up the pool, but also heats up the pool shower, and there is a night electric cover for the pool, so no suffering involved!
This natural feeling property with its feng shui energy invites you to stretch out your arms and to walk around barefoot.
The kitchen is great, fully fitted with modern appliances and opens out onto a terrific terrace where you can enjoy meals altogether.
The entire house enjoys concealed lighting and neat, unfussy and mainly white finishings, but with that designer’s touch of knowing where to place that splash of colour!
And what a cool and smart living room! We literally sank into the sumptuous sofas and didn’t want to get up. Then we were mesmerized by the TV, which when turned off is transformed into an illuminated picture, what a fabulous idea!
By night the villa feels fun and is equally as bright and cheerful as the day, with carefully placed illuminations throughout the house and pool area. Not forgetting the pool bar! This area is barely overlooked despite the proximity to the old quarters of the village.
With all this luxury, you may never want to go to bed, but could be tempted by the comfort of the Natura mattresses awaiting you; very satisfying!
So, if you do you ever wish to leave this fantastic property, you are a short stroll from shops as well as some good tapas bars and restaurants. If you want more adventurous days out, then you can visit the historical town of Ronda as well as Gibraltar or Tarifa. You are also close to the coastal towns with their glamour and charm as well as beautiful beaches and beach bars and restaurants.
Another great addition to your holiday could be to indulge in various services, such as your own cook, masseurs or babysitters. But these maybe subject to availability so please make sure you reserve well in advance.
Whatever you decide, we are confident that you will love this property and will feel like you have had a well-deserved rest!
Location
Whitewashed village on top of a hill in the Ronda mountains area with views down to the sea.
Located in the old quarter of the village of Gaucin (most facilities). The house has direct access to the street just below, and also the one above, so you can park in either street. There are also other places nearby for parking, but we recommend a normal sized car for driving through Gaucin old quarters (avoid vans or large vehicles)
