Overview
A country lane winds gently down the hill from the road that takes you to Ronda from Gaucin village. It descends deep into the picturesque Guadiaro Valley.
It's a striking setting of rural Andalucia, right by the legendary Grazalema Natural Park.
Deep in these wooded hillsides, a kilometre from the little village of Estacion de Cortes, where the wonderfully scenic Ronda-Algeciras railway stops, you will find the entrance to this amazing private estate. This is a finca with more than 200 hectares of joyous mountains, rich in wildlife and flora.
It's a great spot for walkers and nature lovers to explore, this is the Andalusian landscape at its very best.
The quirky three bedroomed country home was built of natural stone with its unique tower clearly visible as you approach your holiday villa.
Spending time by its fantastic 10 metre long pool and circular scenic terrace is real treat. We think this is a property which offers a truly original holiday experience.
The main house has three bedrooms. Just to the side, two annexes were added with one bedroom each to enable larger parties to accommodate up to 10 people.
The interior of the old house is cool and tranquil. The thick walls help during the hottest months of the year.
Even though you are 10 minutes away from the village and you may wish to spend lots of your time relaxing by your lovely holiday home, there are some great day trip destinations: the magical towns of Ronda, Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz, each of them offering lots of history and architecture of remarkable beauty. Each has its own character and unique atmosphere.
Grazalema village and its natural parkland are also of outstanding beauty and worth a day trip.
If you fancy a beach day, Mediterranean coastal towns are just one hour drive away.

Beautiful valley at the heart of Ronda mountains, you are here in the Grazalema Natural Parklands.
In open countryside, this property is accessed by a 3.5 km rural track from the village Cañada del Real Tesoro. All you need is an ordinary car (not low-slung cars). The track is normally in reasonably good condition.
