Apart from its 22-metre-long pool, gorgeous gardens or being just 5 mins away from Sitges beaches, you´ll find great attention to detail and some excellent services available too. Sleeps 22 people.

Overview

Just a few decades ago, the spot on the outskirts of Sitges where this great property is located, was nothing but extensive vineyards. In those days, the only farmhouse in the surroundings was this one.

It doesn't come as a surprise that the old vineyards have become one of the most sought-after urbanizations in Sitges, and the old farmhouse is now an exclusive holiday villa.

Of course, the urbanization has kept the name of its original use: Los Viñedos (The Vineyards).Centuries later, this old farmhouse together with its historic stone tower is well preserved, and it retains the old-world character.

The sunset from the old tower is spectacular but small children should not be allowed to walk up the top of the tower as the walls are low.

Here we are just 5 minutes from Sitges and its beaches.

The semi urban nature allows us to enjoy certain services that we won´t find in other rural location; a short walk from the house takes you to a bus stop where you can catch a bus that will take you down to Sitges, the beach or even Barcelona.

The location within an urbanization with regulations that require respect for the tranquility of the neighborhood, make this farm not suitable for holding events with long hours.

On the other hand, this can assure us that, although we are so close to Sitges, we enjoy a tranquility more typical of a rural environment.

We also liked the possibility that the urbanization offers to play tennis, as well as an excellent restaurant just over 50 meters from the house that specializes in contemporary cuisine that uses local produce.

The house is distributed in such a way that its guests can enjoy their own spaces. The gardens are also very extensive so we consider this property excellent for groups.

The pool with more than 20 meters allows guests to do laps or swim many at the same time, again with space for everyone.

On the initial visit of the Rustical Travel team to this fabulous accommodation, we met the property managers and we felt confident they will look after you. They certainly don't seem to miss a single detail of what guests need to have an unforgettable stay!

One of the most enchanting places we've ever experienced! Our journey led us here for a pre-wedding celebration with family and friends, and we couldn't have envisioned a more idyllic weekend. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Aleks and her team were incredibly accommodating and outstanding hosts. They assisted us with travel arrangements, provided recommendations for exploring Sitges, and organized a fantastic BBQ on our first night, easing the fatigue of a long day of travel. Aleks made a point to check in on us daily, ensuring our enjoyment of the villa, and it was delightful to hear her tales about the villa and life in Sitges. The pool offered the perfect retreat for daytime relaxation, while the comfortable rooms and beautiful gardens added to the overall tranquility. Absolutely wonderful stay. Magical property, exactly as described. It is serene, with a great pool and loads of space. The team are also fantastic about arranging activities/transportation etc. They also brought in a chef for us for a BBQ and it was outstanding.

We could not have had a better time at this lovely villa. Not only are the grounds and villa both comfortable and beautiful, Ruth and her team went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Ruth was always at hands in the months leading up to our holiday to make sure we had everything we needed. We made use of many of their services including the private chef (delicious!!!) and recommended winery tour (also delicious!!) Our stay was so relaxed because of their support in organising everything in advance from the taxi to the groceries, we were totally taken care of. The location is also great as you are in walking distance to a restaurant/bar and the supermarket. The beach is only a short taxi ride away (which Ruth would help you to organise) but we were so in love with the villa we couldn't tear ourselves away long enough to visit! There are so many parts of the property to enjoy, we wished we could have stayed longer than our 3 nights. We will definitely be back!
