Overview
We find this detached villa just 30 minutes from Barcelona city and Sitges beaches, on the outskirts of a village set in the wine region of Penedés. Although it is in a residential area on the outskirts of a village, we get a good level of privacy.
The proximity to the village of Ordal allows us to enjoy some well-regarded restaurants after a leisurely 10-minute stroll. The property is primarily distributed on one level, with two additional floors dedicated to entertainment and well-being.
The ground floor, dedicated to wellness, may be more appealing to adults, while the upper floor is designed primarily for the little ones. The middle floor contains the rest of the house, including all the bedrooms.
The owners have carefully equipped the house, considering the details related to guest comfort and adding that extra touch of well-being provided by the wellness area.
In addition to the outdoor pool and barbecue area, which are among the house's main attractions, the wellness area invites us to stay in shape even during vacations! In addition to the gym, there is an indoor heated pool and a Finnish sauna. It's a fabulous way to end our gym session.
For outdoor dining enthusiasts, the furnished terraces and barbecue area offer comfortable spaces for up to 8 people. Room number 4, with bunk beds and limited space, is ideal for children, and we believe the house is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. We regard this accommodation as ideal for families.
If you are passionate about good wine and good food, this location in the famous Penedés region is a winner. Furthermore, surrounded by the fabulous wineries of Penedés, many of which are almost a must-visit, we have an ideal base for day trips.
Accessing the beaches of Sitges or the city of Barcelona takes about 30 minutes by car, with all the advantages of retreating from the hustle and bustle and returning to your dreamy countryside home.
