Living / dining area; kitchen; Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): double bedded room with en suite faciities (bathroom with bathtub) and garden access; Bedroom 2: double bedded room with garden access; Bedroom 3: double bedded room with garden access; laundry room.

Upper level

Studio-living room with Bedroom 4: double beded with en suite facilities and three different terraces. 

Lower level

Bedroom 5 (Maid´s room): single bedded room; Spa area with jacuzzy and gym (very basic); Table pool room / library. 

Notes on layout / sleeping arrangaments

Three of the double beds can ba made as twin beds. 

Bedroom 5 has lower qualities than the other bedrooms so may be more suitable for an additional guest, babysitter etc.
