Notes on facilties
The heatable pool requires 2 days notice to warm up. It has a pump system to avoid cold spots and also a solar panel cover to guarantee warm temperatures (but it is not effective in colder months).
Bedroom 1 with large insulated glass is equipped with automated roller blinds for privacy.
Extras
Simple welcome snack provided (usually a traditional savoury pastry and local wine).
A few metres away from the property, a local bar can prepare good meals to take away.
Midweek general cleaning is provided for stays over one week (usually on Wednesdays).
Services like babysitting and cook may be available on previous requests.

Overview
For a property perched close to shore it seems only right that you should be able to see the sea from every angle. This is the factor that inspired a local architect to design this contemporary villa facing the fishing boats of Pontevedra.

Only a minute away from the villa you can find a discreet little place to dine and despite the celebrity clientele, the food remains beautifully unpretentious.
A 15-minute walk from your door through pines and gentle dunes you will find yourself on Montalvo beach.
Close by the historic heart of Pontevedra will also tempt you, along with the tiny exotic island of La Toja.

Excellent standard of accommodation and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and the outside areas were lovely. We were fortunate with a week of hot weather, so lots of opportunities to swim and use the barbecue. The restaurant opposite is very nice and so convenient that we only ate elsewhere once. The beach is a 10 mins walk from the house and we thought it one of the nicest beaches along this stretch. The views from the house are fantastic. All in all we had a thoroughly relaxing time and would recommend the villa for a great holiday.

The area is amazing with the house 10 min from the beach and SO close to thousands of things, you never have to drive for more than 30min to see something spectacular! My husbands favorite place was Combarro, 20 min from the house and a traditional fishing village. The only thing better than the quaint seaside towns and ocean views is the house... From top of the line entertainment systems to the luxury Jacuzzi this house has everything we could ever need! We were blessed to come right after their remodel in June 2016 and I have never seen anything more beautiful. The décor is simple, elegant, and absolutely wonderful to the point of feeling like your in a dream. In most rooms of the house are delicate hand painted murals, with my daughters favorite being of a flamingo scene in the downstairs bathroom! Everything was wonderful for our week stay and the weather couldn't have been more comfortable for the beach during the day, to the cool breeze at night. This villa may be a 10 min walk from the beach, but if the trip was an hour drive, this house would make it worth getting any condo on the beach!
