Notes on facilities

The electric pump heating system can reach a pool water temperature of up to 29 degrees practically at any time of year. 

The owner decided not to offer a dishwasher for hygienic reasons. 

Extras

Although the owner provides a basic food hamper upon arrival, pre-stocking may be available upon request (you pay for the items you order). 

Amenities such as shampoo and bath gel are provided as a courtesy.

Layout

All on one floor

Open plan kitchen / dining / living area; bathroom (walk-in shower); Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed (bed size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres), en suite WC and washbasin and jacuzzi; Bedroom 2: two double beds (beds size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres), and en suite open plan bathroom (walk-in shower); Bedroom 3: double bed (bed size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres) with sofa bed and en suite open plan bathroom (walk-in showers). 

Notes on layout

The house has two sofa beds, one in the living area and another in bedroom 3. They are good-quality sofa beds that allow more sleeping arrangements. However, we still offer this house for a maximum of 6 people and up to 3 extra children.  

This property is arranged on one floor, and the walk-in showers have no steps, which makes them easier for people with reduced mobility.
