Although Bedroom 3 can sleep two plus children, the maximum capacity for this property remains 14 people (in 7 bedrooms with three bathrooms and one WC). Smaller parties of 10 people or less will enjoy plenty of space.

Although it could technically host more, we recommend a maximum of 14 guests for optimal comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, providing ample space for meal preparation, and smaller groups may find the villa’s layout especially convenient.
Dining together is possible, with seating available for 14, both indoors and outdoors. While there are only four sun loungers available by the pool, the expansive lawn offers ample space to relax on towels around the generously sized 11-meter pool—a favourite for both adults and children alike.
Families will appreciate the converted garage, which features indoor games, a music system, and its own WC, making it an ideal play area for kids.
Architecturally, the villa combines a modern facade with traditional Asturian charm at the back.
The property has recently been refurbished to high standards and offers excellent insulation for year-round comfort.

The house is absolutely wonderful – surrounded by unbeatable landscapes, modern, newly furnished, well-maintained, spacious, and extremely comfortable – it lacked nothing! The owners were incredibly charming and helped us with everything we needed, providing anything we asked for. And to top it off, a special mention to the neighbours, who were incredibly friendly!
