The pool is gated, but please be aware that once in this pool/barbecue area, there is a sheer drop on one side, so small children should be constantly supervised.

Bedroom 3: twin bedded room with 2 additional beds with balcony and en suite facilities (walk-in shower)

Notes on layout

The attic room (bedroom 4) is on the first floor; although it is a gallery room, it is private but does not have a door.

The area in the attic room with two additional beds has a screen for privacy, which is best suited for children. We consider this property to be ideal for just one family.

In a valley, part of the Lecrin region, west of the Sierra Nevada mountain range and inland from the Tropical Coast.

Location

Below the village of Chite and directly above the Beznar lake/reservoir, the property is about a 20-minute walk away (but steep—uphill 1 km walk) to the village. Although mostly paved, the access to the property from the village is partly steep but manageable with an ordinary car with some care (please avoid small low-engine-power car rentals or low-slung vehicles).

What an amazing and wonderful place Eduardo Rose have created. Perfect layout and location for genuinely getting away from it all. The house is spacious, high ceilings with massive comfy sofas to sprawl out and relaxed. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with everything you could need. Beds large, comfy and the 2 bathrooms stylish with powerful showers. Everything was immaculately clean on arrival. The outdoor space gives you so many ways to enjoy the property as the sun goes changes in the sky, all with beautiful views over the reservoir and all with no noises or other people nearby. The pool was lovely and the outdoor kitchen and sofa area wonderfully well equipped to not have to be constantly popping back to the house. It’s about 15mins to drive to the reservoir, 30mins into Grenada and 25mins to the sea so really well located for all sorts of activities. Any issues that came up during our stay were promptly handled by our hosts who were incredibly attentive. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to all."

Where beauty, peace and comfort meet, spectacular views, romantic sunsets, this meticulous home made our holiday a cherished memory. From beginning to end the house provided all our needs and on the only occasion when we needed something Eduardo and Rosemary responded immediately. We have two children with autism, this was a home away from home. The locals are friendly, the village had everything we needed and Granada was only 20 minutes up the road. The mix of nature and city was the perfect balance. We adored everything about this property."
