Bedroom 5 is an exterior double-bedded room connected to an adjoining twin-bedded room, suitable for couples with children. You must pass through the double bedded room to use the bathroom. This double bedroom and its adjoining room have doors to a porch next to the pool area.

The villa's gardens and terraces are simply irresistible. The west-facing pool, over 10 meters long and irregularly shaped, perfectly integrates into the surroundings. It provides a wonderful setting for lazy afternoons and memorable sunsets, with plenty of sun loungers for relaxation.
You can choose your favourite spot throughout the day, enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature.
Privacy is paramount here. Secluded and surrounded by a Mediterranean forest, the villa offers nearly 360-degree views that are both stunning and serene.
Accommodations and Amenities
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in its four bedrooms, with the option to sleep 10 thanks to a fifth, independent family bedroom in the garden. The outdoor seating is best suited for 8 people, though it can accommodate 10, making it ideal for two families. Please note that small children will require supervision due to the layout and unfenced pool.
A notable feature is the shared tennis court, privately owned by several villa owners in the valley. It’s about a 15-minute walk or a very short drive away, and booking is required as it is a shared facility.
Exploring the Surroundings
The expanse of evergreen and cork oaks right outside the door offers plenty of exploration opportunities for those who enjoy walking. History enthusiasts will love visiting the nearby town of Gaucin, once a bandit hideout.
If you can tear yourself away from the villa, the white-capped wilderness of the Atlantic beaches is less than an hour away. Closer still is Sabinillas on the Mediterranean, where you can enjoy fresh fish lunches and seaside charm.
Golf lovers would like to know that there are some exceptional golf courses on the road to Sotogrande. A great selection is within one hour's drive.

This little gem has all you want and more ; 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms , a large family inside sitting area , a fantastic kitchen with dining area leading to an extensive terrace.The garden and flower landscaping is delightful with well thought out beds , plants and a great little herb garden ! The pool is just perfect …. a sweet relief from the heat of the day ! Our favourite thing to do was sitting outside on the terrace off the Master Bedroom – why? (apart from enjoying a glass of chilled wine) ….to see the Starry Starry night !
